New S.O.M. Music Video

A new S.O.M music video is currently in production. The latest single "Uphill Battle" from our new Sunday Morning album is being brought into the 3rd dimension by the team at Curve Media (here in Halifax). The intial shooting has just been completed. We used a technique called "stop motion" and shot the video in front of a "green screen" to allow for animation and digital editing to be superimposed behind our performance for a very unique effect. The completion date is set for later next month.

Spending Sunday Morning with the Sons of Maxwell

SONS OF MAXWELL'S Dave and Don Carroll know their strength lies in slice of life storytelling; they even pose on the cover of their latest Sunday Morning (independent) at a formica breakfast table with a retro-look toaster, a slab of bread sticking out.

CD Release "Sunday Morning"

CD Release

Award winning Pop Folk Duo Sons of Maxwell are set to release their latest independent Album entitled Sunday Morning. This much anticipated all original 13 song CD is a full studio production. Dave Carroll who wrote or was involved in the writing of every song on the record said “The direction we took the entire “Sunday Morning” album…maybe a little unexpected for some …we took many of the new songs on the road before recording them … fan response to the new songs in our live show was a big part of choosing the final cuts”.
